Provision a new user
Add somebody to the organisation, put them in the right teams, and confirm what they can see.
Users are created against the organisation’s identity provider and then placed into teams. Permissions come from team membership and role assignments, not from settings scattered across each project.
- 1Create the user and send the invitation.
- 2Add them to the teams matching their job — crew, coordinator, reporting.
- 3Confirm their access on one project before they need it.
When somebody leaves, removing them from teams removes their access everywhere at once. There is no list of individually-shared projects to hunt through.
