These terms apply to anyone using this website, which is run by DatumPro, 5553 Hwy 145, Shannon, MS, USA. By using the site, you accept them. In these terms, “we” means DatumPro.

They cover this website only. They do not cover the DatumPro application, and nothing in them changes an agreement to use it.

You are welcome to read the site, print pages for your own use, and link to or share any page.

Please do not try to get into the administration pages or any other part of the site that is not public, send automated or bulk submissions through its forms, or do anything else that interferes with the site or the server it runs on.

The DatumPro application changes, and the screens and features shown on this site can change with it. What a customer receives is set out in its agreement, not on this site.

Product screenshots and video clips show demonstration data: an invented customer and project, drawn on real streets. They do not show any real customer’s network.

Prices on the pricing page can change at any time. The price that applies to a customer is the one in its agreement.

Guides and articles on this site are general information, not legal, engineering or regulatory advice. Check what your own job requires with the network owner or authority that sets the requirements.

Comparisons with other products describe those products as their own public pages did on the date each comparison shows. Those pages may have changed since.

The text, pictures, video clips and design of this site belong to DatumPro, apart from material that belongs to others. That includes the typefaces, the names of other companies and their products, and the map imagery inside product screenshots and clips, which belongs to the map provider named on it or to the companies that supply its data.

You may use the site’s content for your own reference. Please ask us before republishing it or using it in your own marketing.

Naming another company or product on this site, including the networks our crews have worked on, does not mean that company is our customer or partner, or that it endorses us or our products.

Links to other websites are there for your convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for what they say or do.

When you use a form, send only what your enquiry needs, and nothing confidential. The privacy notice at /privacy explains what happens to it.

Sending a form or asking for a demo does not create a contract or sign you up for anything.

We work to keep the site available and accurate, but we provide it as it is, without any promise that it will always be available, complete or free of errors.

As far as the law allows, DatumPro is not liable for any loss that comes from using this website or relying on what it says. This does not change anything in a customer’s agreement.

We may change these terms. When we do, the effective date at the top of this page changes, and the new terms apply from that date.
